Marksmanship

ABOUT

The Rifle Team is led by Cadet Captain Rebecca Childers. The Rifle Team competes in Marksmanship competitions in a series of rounds including standing, kneeling, and prone. Before being allowed to join the team everyone must pass a Pre-Shoot Safety exam with a 100%. The team’s primary goal is to instruct proper firearm safety in a safe and controlled environment, as well as having a good time in competition.

PRACTICE

Practices: Wednesday, Thursday 2:30-5:30

EVENTS

Interest Meeting: August 14th in the Rifle Range from 2:30 to 3:30 pm

Mandatory Weapons Safety Course: August 19th - 22nd in the Rifle Range from 2:30 to 5:30 PM.  You must attend all classes and score 100% on the weapons safety exam.
