What is CIP

CIP is the first segment of the presentation which the cadet staff introduce themselves and explain what they intend to do in the future. Then, they break up the cadet challenge statistics into numbers and display them in an easy-to-understand fashion. They also discuss how they will continue to improve by demonstrating what they have altered to achieve higher scores and outcomes. This is done for all events.
